Ross Barber has experience in Australia, Europe and Asia in the development and management of Arts and Community Cultural Development practice and programs. He has undertaken a number of studio residencies and initiated and developed the artists training program for the highly successful Travel lines www.tapinonthepipes.com, a multi arts performance program in Regional Queensland funded by the Australia Council and Regional Arts Fund Ross’ professional practice is in installation sculpture developing and regularly exhibiting new work. Recognition for his contribution to the Arts includes an Australian Commonwealth Centenary of Federation Medal for Distinguished Service to the Arts.
