Ian David Baker

Born in London, England, studied at Epsom Art School 1960-64. Awarded the Surrey Certificate in Art & Design. Worked as a Graphic Artist,in Ad agencies in London & Denmark. Taught graphics at East Ham College, London,and Art & Photography at Ruam Rudee International School Bangkok. As a freelance has illustrated children’s educational publications and teenage romance stories. Also worked as a cartoonist, journalist, designer & photographer for a wide variety of periodicals.
Exhibiting drawings and Photographs, extensively since 1980, in England, Germany, Holland, and Thailand.In 2000-2002 took time out to rediscover his painting, in London, and in Amsterdam 2002-2003. Moved to Kent in 2005,and continues painting.
