2011 BENEFITS
The following artists who participated in Celeste Prize have been invited to take up these exhibition and residency opportunities:

Tria Gallery, Chelsea, New York - has invited six artists to exhibit in its gallery between 12 – 28 January 2012:  Valerie Anex, DaZ, Nathan Harger, JeongHo Park, Andreij Ebenizer Pollister, Levente Sulyok.

Artist residencies in 2012:
The Invisible Dog, USA - JeongHo Park Ondarte Residency, Mexico - Chinmoy Patel Siena Art Institute, Italy - Stefan Schwabe.   Celeste Prize is an annual, international contemporary arts prize, open to all artists without limits of age, sex or profession. In 2010 there are 40,000 € awards in five prize categories: Painting (8,000 €); Photography & Digital Graphics (8,000 €); Video & Animation (8,000 €); Installation, Sculpture & Performance (8,000 €); and Live Media (8,000 €). The prize is particularly attractive to artists because the 50 finalist artists themselves vote the prize money according to the majority principle (who receives most votes wins the prizes). In 2009, nearly 1,500 artists worldwide presented a work to the prize.
