Camden Town Group

(movement, 1911 - 1913)

British Post-Impressionist group founded by Sickert in London in 1911. Other members were Bevan, Gore, Gilman, Ginner. Painted realist scenes of city life and some landscape in a range of Post-Impressionist styles.
