Lived in London and Barcelona when little. Chile during her teens then did her undergraduate at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, USA; Painting at the New York Studio School in NYC and her masters at the Slade School of Fine Art in London graduating in 2003. Since then she has exhibited nationally and internationally and has been featured in the publication such as The Guardian Guide to Painting, UK (2009); Art Press, France (2008), The Independent, UK (2010), Edit Revue France (2008) and Time Out London (2008). She was included in the catalogue for Sleeping Dreaming in Contemporary Art (Paris) with a forward by Julia Kristeva. Working primarily in painting yet taking her sources from the moving image and movement she explores ideas that involve a careful look at gestures and everyday life through which often harsh realities are encountered.
