born in Milan, Italy in 1966 and now lives and works in the UK. He graduated from Camberwell College of Art with an MA in Printmaking in 1996 and a PhD from the University of Wales before turning his focus to art in the public realm. He has received public art commissions and held residencies across the UK and has been a visiting lecturer at the University of Wolverhampton and Camberwell College of Art.
