San Diego native Rubén Ochoa is no stranger to borders and the controversies that surround them. An L.A.-based artist with a vision of bringing struggling artists’ work to the masses at no cost to either artists or viewers, and of breaking down the barriers that exist within the art world, his gallery is a tan 1985 van originally used to deliver and distribute for his parents’ tortilla business…
