Joan Hernandez Pijuan was born in 1931. In 1956 he graduated from Highest School of Fine Arts in Barcelona. In the end of 50-s he was living and working in Paris studying art of etching and lithograph. He defended the thesis “Painting and space: experience of personal perception”. In 80-s he was a leader of the contemporary art studio under the Museum of Fine Art in Madrid. In 1997 he became a member of the Academy of Fine Art of Madrid…
