There is a fine line between graffiti and Street Art. If the former was once used to vandalise, the latter is used to beautify and provoke. Street Art is becoming more and more sophisticated as the artists show greater skill at getting their message out there. Not only do they express real talent in design and use of color, but they also succeed in dodging the police whilst spraying their Art on the walls. Well, some do at least, until they get caught. The surprise occurs when the judge rules.
